Denar Foods – Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to the Denar Foods website and mobile application (together, “Denar Foods Site”). It explains our delivery terms for orders placed through the Site or mobile app.
1. Delivery Overview
- Deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, to addresses in mainland UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
- We aim to deliver to all UK locations as standard.
2. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
- After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance of your order.
- Your order is an offer to buy a product or products.
- Orders are subject to acceptance by us and full payment.
- We will send a Dispatch Confirmation email once your order is accepted and dispatched.
- The contract between us is formed only when we send you the dispatch and payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Times
- Orders placed by 11:00 am (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched to reach you within 3 working days, though delivery may take longer for some areas or in extreme weather.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery is FREE for all orders placed via the Denar Foods Site or mobile app.
5. Inspection and Damages
- Upon delivery, you must inspect the items immediately.
- Any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
- Claims cannot be considered if damages or shortages are not documented upon delivery.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
- Notify us promptly via email ([email protected]) if there are any issues with the delivery.
7. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an order on the Denar Foods Site or mobile app, you agree to these delivery terms.
